FC Pro Solicitation Flow Redesign
Streamlining the solicitation flow to support customization and improve usability.
We were consistently receiving feedback from admin users on our B2B marketplace, FC Pro, that the existing solicitation flow was difficult to navigate and time-consuming. Account managers and administrators were spending a significant amount of time entering the required information to create solicitations. Additionally, many users needed the ability to send customized solicitations to specific customers, which the existing flow was not designed to support. As a result, they were creating one-off workarounds outside the system.

Recognizing that this friction was leading to fewer solicitations being sent and increasing operational time for account managers, I took the initiative to propose a redesign of the solicitation flow. I worked with product and engineering to gain buy-in, positioning the redesign as an opportunity to improve usability, reduce manual effort, and recover potential revenue lost due to inefficiencies in the existing workflow.
