The FC Pro Admin Solicitation experience enabled account managers and business managers to create and send product solicitations to distributors, hobby shops, and breakers. Using this tool, administrators configured product offerings, assigned customer allocations, and distributed solicitations to customers organized into allocation tiers before products became available for purchase.
