I served as the design lead for Fanatics Collectibles B2B platform, developed to replace a legacy system following the acquisition of Topps Trading Cards. Our goal was to create a modern platform that allowed users to purchase products, communicate with the sales team, track orders, receive solicitations, and access evergreen products. Additionally, the platform provided our sales team with actionable analytics and the ability to send targeted group or individual solicitations. This redesign not only resolved key customer pain points but also boosted sales immediately and enabled the business to expand into international markets.

I supported customer service representatives by developing systems that streamlined redemption processes, saving the company time and resources, and creating features that enabled representatives to efficiently review and approve or deny customer requests. I engage with users both virtually and in person, conducting in-field research with customers, sales representatives, and customer service teams to identify pain points, understand user journeys, and gather actionable feedback. I then translate these insights into blueprints, data maps, and other design artifacts to guide product development. Overall, my work improved communication with customers, enhanced order tracking, optimized workflows, and increased operational efficiency across the team.
