Modernizing a Legacy Workflow for Customer Service Agents
The Redemptions project focused on transforming a historically manual, mail-based process into a fully digital experience. For decades, customers redeemed trading cards by submitting physical forms through postal mail—creating long turnaround times, limited visibility, and heavy operational lift for internal teams. Our mandate was to modernize this legacy workflow by designing and delivering an online platform that allowed customers to submit, track, and manage redemptions digitally. The new system centralized submissions, improved transparency across each step of the process, reduced duplicated workflows, and significantly increased efficiency for customer support and operations—laying the foundation for a more scalable, user-friendly redemption experience.
