Building a Championship Legacy Through Social Media Recruiting
My work with the Atlanta Storm centered on using social media as a recruiting and culture-building tool to support the organization’s championship vision. As Social Media Content Manager, I led the creation of strategic visual content that showcased the team’s identity, competitive standards, and player experience—positioning the Storm as a destination for elite talent. Through photography, design, and storytelling, I helped grow the team’s social presence from 1,000 to 28,000 followers in under a year, with individual posts surpassing 300,000 views and engagement doubling across platforms. This increased exposure strengthened recruiting efforts, amplified brand credibility, and reinforced a winning culture both on and off the field.
